We are a family run business, based mainly on the internet. At the moment we have 5 people working with us to answer all of your questions, and to get your order to you as soon as possible, because we understand that sometime things are a rush (we all like to hold on to our cash until the last minute).

Our business ethos is, if we haven't got it, we will try our hardest to get it, or point you in the direction of someone who can, we also run that old fashion view, that customers pay our wages, so they are nearly always right, and even if their not, we still believe that manners cost nothing.

So even if we haven't got the one thing you are after listed, give us a ring, you never know, we may just be able to find it for you, in our warehouse, or in one of our suppliers warehouses!!

Returns Policy
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 7 days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. pools and spa's are non returnable once delivered, as these come direct from the manufacturer, any warranty issues should be taken up directly with the manufacturer for these items.

NOTE: We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Warranty
We guarantee all Goods against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. please read all the manufacturers instructions prior to returning an item as we will not credit any item that has been used/installed incorrectly, we reserve the right to inspect the product prior to credit, if needs be on site.
